Every year, as winter draws to a close, everyone knows that the Annual St. Patrick Car Raffle drive is not far off. Raffles are sent out in the mail and are sold after Mass in the back of the Church. The raffle is the major fund raiser of the year for our parish and it played a major role in helping to pay down our mortgage on our beautiful new church building in the spring of 2011, just seven years after it’s dedication. The funds raised also help with the other ongoing costs of maintaining and operating our parish campus, ministries, and activities.
The winners of the raffle are drawn at St. Patrick’s landmark June Dinner Dance. The night always has a festive theme such as the ever popular “Lobsterfest”, or 2011’s “Party in the U.S.A.” held in honor of our troops.
